“The orphaned document/S3 cleanup issue the bugbot flagged is real. Right now if `getPlaybookService.findMany` or the AI fetch fails after we've already done `documentRepository.save` + `sthree.uploadObject`, those resources just sit there. It would be nice if we either: (a) moved the document creation to after the AI call succeeds, or (b) added cleanup in a catch block. Option (a) is simpler — the document only needs to exist if selection succeeds, so we could defer the save until after `playbookId` is confirmed.”
